I studied as an Animation Design student at De Montfort University. Beforehand, I spent various months working in different games companies. It had been a long standing ambition of mine to work in the games industry, and as I experienced it more, the animation industry. I’ve picked up a few skills from work and university; with 3D animation, rigging and 3D printing being my key skills.
I spent time as a QA tester at Fuse Games, Gusto Games and Lionhead Studios, and got credited on Metroid Prime Pinball for the DS. This expanded into working for NaturalMotion for two years on CSR Racing, CSR Classics and Clumsy Ninja as an embedded QA Tester. I currently work at Betdigital as a QA Manager and Project Coordinaotr, often dipping into 3D modelling, rigging and animation for the company.
In the past few years, I have been adapting my 3D modelling for use in 3D printing quite heavily. Beginning with printing my own designs via Shapeways back in university, a couple of years ago I was approached by Hasbro and Shapeways to collaborate with them to sell 3D printed models of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, which can be found here:
